The Junior Data Analyst will assist in collecting, analysing, and interpreting data to support business decisions. The role involves working with large datasets, preparing reports, and helping teams derive meaningful insights that drive performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize raw data from various sources.
Perform basic data analysis and generate reports and dashboards.
Support in identifying trends, patterns, and insights using statistical tools.
Assist in creating data visualizations (charts, graphs, summaries) for management reports.
Maintain and update databases and data systems for accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times.
Document processes, methods, and analytical results for future reference.
Provide administrative and analytical support to senior data analysts and managers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
0–2 years of experience in data analysis or related work (internship experience accepted).
Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio).
Familiarity with data cleaning and reporting techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
