About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the spice and commodity market, with a proven track record in B2B sales, client relationship management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for turmeric, cardamom, black pepper, and other spices.
Identify new business opportunities in Mumbai and CSN region.
Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales of spices or commodities.
Strong network and understanding of local and national spice markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
